Children's Books Wiki

Teddy Bear Coalman lives all by himself, gets up when his alarm clock goes off and delivers coal on his cart with a horse that goes clippety-clop, clippety-clop, clippety-clop down the road. When he comes to a house, he empties bags of coal into the coal shed with a BANG. Later he goes home, gets his own tea, reads a picture book, gets undressed all by himself and is soon fast asleep in his cot.

Reader's Reviews

Delightful picture book for reading aloud. We read it to our children and now, in a rather battered state, to our grandchildren.
