Reader's Reviews[]

1[]

Five Stars - This series is absolutely wonderful! The main overall theme is that a young teenage criminal mastermind named Artemis Fowl uses his clever cunning to discover the People, aka fairies who live at the center of the Earth because the human population drove them underground long, long ago. Artemis is at first treated like a threat, but becomes quite the human in the fairies eyes after he and Holly Short, an elf (type of fairy), Butler (Artemis's bodyguard), Foaly (a centaur and head tech wiz in the Lower Elements Police (the underground police force of the fairies)), and many other characters save the world together. A couple things I could do without was the mild babbling about how "the earth is at risk due to human activity" and "look what those awful humans did to our world!" Other than that, it's a wonderful series, and I think you would really enjoy reading it :oD! Howdychicken [Talk to me] 14:22, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
