Adolf Hitler is a children's biography of Adolf Hitler, Germany's dictator during World War II. It is written by Liz Gogerly, and is part of the Twentieth-Century History Makers series.
In 1909 Adolf Hitler was sleeping on the streets of Vienna. In 1939 he led the German people into World War II. How did this come about?
This biography of Hitler was very good. Despite it looking like a young children's book on the front, the actual text is reasonably detailed. The photographs are provide an excellent accompaniment to the book. Highly recommended for those who are interested in Hitler's personality.
I got this book out of the library because I wanted to know more about Adolf Hitler. I was really surprised at some of the things he did as a younger man – I didn't know he wanted to become an artist, for instance. I thought the book was really good and really interesting, as well.

Fairly clean, although the book does say that Hitler committed suicide, etc. But they are not described graphically.
